International Order
We’re happy to offer free worldwide shipping with orders over $75 USD (excluding taxes, duties and international processing).
Standard International Shipping: 3-12 business days
All items are shipped from our U.S. warehouse. Import duties and customs fees are not included in the order total and are determined by the country of delivery. We recommend confirming local import regulations prior to purchase.
Should any duties or taxes apply, our courier will contact you directly to complete payment before your order is delivered.
Please note: orders returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address will incur a reshipment fee.
Shipping Restrictions
Please note that shipping availability may vary depending on your location. For Alaska and Hawaii, delivery is available via Standard Shipping only. Kindly allow additional time for delivery to these destinations.
At this time, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. Territories.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
Each order may be shipped to one address only. To send items to multiple locations, please place separate orders for each destination.
Refused Shipments
Should your package be deemed undeliverable and returned to the sender, a refund will be processed once it arrives safely at our warehouse. As returned orders cannot be re-shipped, a new order will be required should you wish to repurchase your items.

Order Cut-Off Times
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12 PM PT / 3 PM ET are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after this time will ship the following business day. To ensure client protection, all orders are subject to review. On occasion, this may result in a brief delay in processing. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Lost or Missing Orders
If you believe your package may be lost, please contact us at hello@loirenyc.com with your order number, and our team will do our utmost to assist you.
Please note that Loire is not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier. If your order appears missing, we recommend checking with neighbors or your building’s reception, as they may have accepted the delivery on your behalf.
Tracking Information
Shipping Confirmation & E-Receipt
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Simply click the link provided to follow the progress of your delivery.

Sign in and select Order History to access tracking details.
If you placed your order as a guest, you may track it by selecting Order Tracking at the bottom of our homepage and entering your order information.
Please note that tracking information may take up to 72 hours to become active.
Preorder Information
Preorder items will be clearly identified at the time of purchase. We will make every effort to ship your order by the estimated date and will notify you should any changes occur.
Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items will ship separately as they become available.
