We spend months refining every design and ensuring quality to bring you jewelry that feels as good as it looks. If it’s not love at first wear, you can return your order within 30 days from the day the shipment is delivered — on us.

Returns
Items must be in original condition
Returns are only accepted for pieces that are unworn, unaltered, and free from signs of wear or damage.
All original packaging must be included
Please return your item in its original box, pouch, and with all accompanying tags.
Sets must be returned in full
Individual pieces from a set cannot be returned separately for refund, store credit, or exchange; the complete set must be sent back together.
Certified stones must include documentation
For pieces featuring lab-grown diamonds, the accompanying certification must be included. Returns missing certification will be declined and sent back to the sender.
Should your item not meet our inspection standards, we will inform you by email, and the item may be returned to you at your cost.
Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Note: Please ensure to send back the correct and complete item(s) for your return. Due to logistics and customs restrictions, Loire cannot reship or store non-Loire items mistakenly sent as returns.
Refunds
Please allow 2–3 business days for your return to be processed once it arrives at our facility. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your refund has been issued. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
The quickest way to conduct an exchange is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.
Order Issues
If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to us at hello@loirenyc.com with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll review it right away and provide a prepaid return label or replacement as needed.
