Store your pieces in their Loire pouch or jewelry box to protect them from scratches and humidity.
To clean, gently wipe with a soft, lint-free cloth after each wear.
Remove your jewelry before showering, exercising, or sleeping to preserve its shine and plating.
Are Loire pieces safe for sensitive skin?
All Loire pieces are crafted with hypoallergenic materials to ensure comfort and confidence, even for sensitive skin. We work exclusively with nickel-safe metals, including 14k gold vermeil, sterling silver, and surgical-grade stainless steel, each chosen for their durability and skin-friendly properties.
Our plating and polishing processes are carefully controlled to minimize irritation, so you can wear your pieces every day with ease — from morning rituals to evening occasions.
Do you offer a warranty?
At Loire, we take pride in creating high-quality, thoughtfully crafted jewelry designed to accompany you through every chapter of life. Each piece is made with care and intention, and we stand by our craftsmanship.
We offer a one-year warranty from the date your order is received, covering any defects in materials or workmanship.
Our warranty does not cover:
- Lost items or accidental damage
- Normal wear and tear (including scratches, fading, or tarnishing)
- Damage from improper care such as exposure to water, perfume, or chemicals
- Any alterations or repairs performed by a third party

Important Details
By submitting a claim, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Return for Review: If your claim is accepted, you’ll need to return the item to us for quality assessment.
- Replacement: If the same style is in stock and your claim is approved, we’ll send you a replacement of the same item.
- Out of Stock Items: If the style is unavailable or discontinued, we’ll issue a store credit equal to the original purchase price.
- Refunds & Exchanges: Warranty claims are not eligible for refunds, exchanges for different styles, or size changes.
- Third-Party Purchases: Items purchased outside of loirenyc.com or official Loire pop-ups may be subject to a different warranty policy.
- Third-Party Alterations: Repairs or modifications made outside of Loire will void the warranty.
- Promotional Items: Complimentary or promotional gifts are not covered under warranty.
